- Order issues must be submitted to Scrub Authority within 30 days of the date of delivery
- If you received damaged items (stains, rips, tears), please provide your PO number and list of damanged items so we may review your order
- If the notification falls within our guidelines, we will notify the manufacturer to get a replacement shipped out to you or your customer at no cost
