Clarification regarding the sizing of lab coats when placing orders via Purchase Orders (POs).

To ensure accuracy in your lab coat orders, please be aware that if the size specified on the PO for a particular lab coat style is incorrect or unavailable, our team will automatically order the closest equivalent size.

For instance, if a PO requests size medium for lab coat style #1963, and the equivalent sizes are 38 and 40, we will proceed with ordering size 40. Please note that our standard policy is to select the larger equivalent size when ordering lab coats to ensure a comfortable fit.

This approach helps us to streamline the ordering process and ensure that you receive lab coats that are appropriately sized, even if there's a discrepancy on the initial PO.
