- Order issues must be submitted to Scrub Authority within 30 days of the date of delivery
- If an order was duplicated, please provide the PO number for review
- Once the Scrub Authority team reviews both orders, they will be in touch regarding the findings and the next steps
- If the duplication was determined to be made by the Scrub Authority team, a call tag will be provided to return the item(s)
