- Missing items must be submitted to Scrub Authority within 30 days of the date of delivery
- If you're missing items, please provide your PO number along with a list of the missing items so we may review your order
- If the notification falls within our guidelines, we will notify the manufacturer to get a replacement shipped out to you or your customer at no cost
