There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.
Discontinued and WSL (While Supplies Last) items are "final sale" and not eligible for return
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
Returned product to be received by Scrub Authority within 30 days of delivery on your order.
The garment(s) must be in their original condition:
1. Unwashed
2. Unworn
3. Unaltered
4. With tags attached
5. In their original polybags (A $1.00 per garment fee will be assessed for each piece returned without its polybag.)
6. You must receive an RA# from Scrub Authority BEFORE sending your items for return. In the event of an unauthorized return, your items will be donated with no credit.
If you are requesting to return footwear, they must be returned in the original packaging with no writing on the boxes. If the item is returned with any writing or in unsellable condition, no refund will be issued.
