Scrub Authority does accept returns but they must meet our return guidelines.

1. We will not accept returns if items are not in their original bags, have their tags, or are received after the return date indicated below.
2. If returning footwear, they must be returned in the original packaging with no writing on the boxes. If the item is returned with any writing or in unsellable condition, no refund will be issued.
3. Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
4. All return authorization request forms need to be sent to [email protected]
5. Discontinued and WSL (While Supplies Last) items are "final sale" and not eligible for return.
6. You must receive an RA# from Scrub Authority BEFORE sending your items for return. In the event of an unauthorized return, your items will be donated with no credit.
