Returned product to be received by Scrub Authority within 30 days of delivery on your order. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items.

Discontinued and WSL (While Supplies Last) items are "final sale" and not eligible for return.

The garment(s) must be in their original condition:

1. Unwashed

2. Unworn

3. Unaltered

4. With tags attached

5. In their original polybags (A $1.00 per garment fee will be assessed for each piece returned without its polybag)

Following the review of your return request by a Scrub Authority team member, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or denied.

If approved, please return the items by the specified date and ensure the PO number is clearly marked on the package. To expedite the process for you, please note that confirmation emails will no longer include RMA numbers.
