Depending on when your order was submitted will help determine if changes can be made. We will need your PO number and list of item(s) you are requesting to change.

1. If we received your request within the first couple of hours of submission, in most cases, we can make the requested changes to your order.
2. If your order was placed with the manufacturer within 24 hours, we can reach out to the manufacturer to see if they are able to make the changes.
3. After 24 hours, in most cases the order has moved into the shipping process and no changes can be made.
4. We will try our best to accommodate any changes to orders, but please note, it is not guaranteed that changes can be made once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.
